Autopilot Terms of Service
We are excited to have you about to start using our product. Please take the time to read the terms of service in detail and if you have any questions or feedback contact hello@autopilotbrand.com.
Updated: March 24, 2026
Lastest updates from March 24th 2026 in a nutshell:
We've updated our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to reflect new tools and services in the Autopilot platform:
We now use a third-party authentication provider (WorkOS) for login, including support for single sign-on. Our customer support is now powered by ClearFeed, which may use AI to help route and respond to your requests faster. We use Fullstory to record and analyze how you interact with our product so we can improve the experience — sensitive fields are masked by default. We use Knock to deliver notifications to you across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels. We use Sentry to monitor for bugs and performance issues in our software.
Our governing law is consistently New York across both documents, and we've updated our cross-border data transfer language to reflect current EU frameworks.
None of these changes affect your subscription, pricing, or how your marketplace data is handled. If you have questions, reach out to support@autopilotbrand.com.
