You can sort by change type and search for specific keywords. The Keyword Impact Report then follows each keyword Autopilot added to a listing. Using Amazon SQPR data, it shows clicks and purchases for that keyword since the optimization date and over the last 90 days, plus the revenue impact, so you can see which keywords are driving incremental traffic and purchases.
